By applying for admission or browsing the SMT College website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Academic Conduct

Students are expected to maintain strict discipline, attend classes regularly (minimum 75% attendance required for examinations), and adhere to the academic integrity policies set forth by SMT College and the affiliating universities.

2. Fee Payment & Refunds

All academic, transport, and hostel fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the semester. Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined in the university guidelines.

3. Anti-Ragging Policy

SMT College has a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging. Any student found guilty of ragging or harassment will face immediate suspension, expulsion, and potential legal action in accordance with UGC directives.

4. Amendments

The administration reserves the right to amend the fee structure, curriculum, and campus rules without prior notice to comply with university regulations or institutional improvement.
